To keep Shuttar safe, authentic, and engaging for everyone, all members are expected to follow these Community Guidelines.
1. Keep It Authentic & Safe
Our daily prompts exist to encourage real daily creation, not deceptive engagement.
- Post Authentic Content: Capture original photos that reflect your real life. Do not post spam, deceptive links, or automated content.
- Respect Intellectual Property: Only upload photos you took or have full rights to share. Do not impersonate other individuals, public figures, or brands.
- No Platform Manipulation: Do not attempt to exploit prompt challenges, streak mechanics, badges, or engagement through automated scripts, duplicate posting, or fake accounts.
2. Respect Privacy & Personal Boundaries
Privacy is fundamental to building trust within our community.
- Private Profiles Stay Private: Respect the privacy settings of others. Sharing or exporting another user's private-profile post outside the platform without their permission is strictly prohibited.
- Protect Personal Information: Do not post private contact details, home addresses, financial credentials, or sensitive location details belonging to yourself or others.
- Consent First: Do not post photos of others—especially non-public individuals or minors—without their clear consent.
3. Foster an Inclusive & Safe Environment
We do not tolerate behavior that degrades, threatens, or harms community members.
- Zero Tolerance for Harassment & Bullying: Do not target, stalk, intimidate, or harass anyone in posts, comments, or direct messages.
- No Hate Speech or Discrimination: We prohibit content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
- No Violence or Illegal Content: Do not post explicit violence, dangerous acts, illegal activities, or content that promotes self-harm.
- Sexually Explicit Content: Keep content appropriate for our community. Sexually explicit or pornographic media is strictly prohibited.
- Raise Your Voice: If you have any concerns that Shuttar is being used in any way for inappropriate and/or illegal behavior, raise these concerns to our team via the Contact Us form within the application's support feature. All submissions will be picked up by system administrators. We'll handle it from there. We will contact you back and ensure that appropriate action is taken against any user(s) or account(s) misusing or abusing Shuttar.
4. Community Tools: Reporting & Blocking
We empower you with direct, account-level safety controls to manage your experience and help moderate the platform.
- Reporting Violations: If you encounter a post or profile that violates these guidelines—whether it contains spam, harassment, explicit content, or safety risks—report it immediately using the three-dot menu on any post or profile. Reports are submitted privately to our moderation team.
- User Blocking: You can block any user at any time directly from their profile. Blocking immediately removes mutual follow relationships, restricts profile access, hides content, and prevents direct messaging in both directions.
- Account Safety: Repeated reports or severe policy violations may lead to post removal, feature restrictions, or permanent account suspension. Suspended accounts immediately lose access to the platform.
5. Child Safety
Shuttar does not tolerate child sexual abuse or exploitation. If you see a serious safety concern, use the in-app reporting and support tools so it can be escalated to the appropriate team and authorities where required.

The goal of Shuttar is to provide a cool, more intimate alternative to other social media platforms. We encourage you to have fun and connect with others in safe and meaningful ways.
