1. What Shuttar is
Shuttar is a prompt-driven photo-sharing service. People receive daily prompts, capture photos, and can share responses with other people, followed accounts, or Groups according to the visibility choices available in the product.
2. Information we use
- Account information: email address, username, display name, profile photo, timezone, and authentication or account-status information.
- Content and activity: photos, captions, prompt responses, likes, comments, follows, messages, Group membership, challenges, notifications, and activity history.
- Safety information: reports, blocks, moderation outcomes, and limited audit records needed to protect the community or comply with law.
- Device and service information: notification tokens, app reliability and crash information, and privacy-conscious product analytics. Analytics uses pseudonymous identifiers and is intended to help us understand usage and reliability.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide authentication, daily prompts, photo sharing, discovery, messaging, notifications, Groups, account controls, customer support, moderation, fraud prevention, service security, analytics, and crash diagnosis. We do not use private-profile content as public discovery content.
4. Visibility and community safety
Public posts and public Groups may be discoverable by other people. Private profiles restrict personal posts to the audiences defined in the product. Group responses follow the Group's visibility. Blocks and moderation controls can override ordinary visibility and interaction rules.
People can report posts or accounts and block other accounts. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or retain a limited safety record when needed to protect people or comply with legal obligations.
5. Service providers
Shuttar uses specialist providers to support authentication, data storage, media storage, notifications, analytics, and crash reporting. The production provider list and the applicable international-processing safeguards must be confirmed here before publication.
6. Retention and account deletion
You can delete your account from the app or use the public account deletion request page if you have uninstalled it. Account-owned profile data, posts, media, relationships, messages, notifications, activity, and other associated product data are deleted by default.
A limited record may be retained when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or an unresolved moderation matter. Where possible, retained information is de-identified. The final retention periods and reasons must be confirmed before this notice is published.
7. Your choices
You can manage profile visibility, block accounts, report concerns, and delete your account through the product. You can also request account deletion without reinstalling the app. For privacy questions or an unavailable request, use the support route provided in the app or the published privacy contact once this page is finalized.
8. Changes to this notice
When this notice changes in a material way, we will update the date and provide any review or acceptance required by the product. The version shown here should match the policy linked from the app and store listing.
